The Range Croquet, Maleny and the Maleny Bowls club had a return visit sports day.  Members of both clubs had always looked at the opposite sport as a "strange" way of having fun.

It was decided that a return sports day could be fun for both clubs so a challenge was soon arranged.

Instead of playing with "Jack or Kitty"  the Maleny Bowlers were intreagued by the fluent stroking with the mallet by Vince Carberry (below) of the croquet club.

Will this game ever take on?

The combined group stopped for a photo taking session before returning to the Maleny Bowls club for a B.B.Q. lunch and a game of bowls.

Maybe we could settle some of the worlds political disputes with similar days to look at the other person's lifestyle.
