Local dog registration fees due September 30th

Not too often do council charges drop but this year dog owners will find that fees to register their pets will be dropping to $10 a year for dogs that are microchipped and desexed.

Maleny Hospital staff subjected to threats

Police were called to an incident atthe Maleny Hospital emergency department at about 8.15am on Saturday 22nd after nurses were subjected to threats and abuse from an aggressive male patient.

All you have to do is to support the Tennis Charity Day on 19th August, at Kawana Tennis Club.   When the good ladies of the Witta Tennis Club discovered that local girl Lily Korst suffers from cystic fibrosis, they encouraged the Sunshine Coast Ladies Mid Week Tennis Association (SCLMWTA) to support Cystic Fibrosis for their Charity Day.

Road closed to the coast
