Another section of hinterland road is now closed for repairs as a result of a landslide in June due to the wet weather.
The stretch of road between Kirby Road and Crawford and Foster Lookout betwen Montville and Palmwoods will be closed until about August 14th when it is hoped that repairs will be completed.
RoadTek Asset Services, which is a division of the Department of Transport has already begun the repair work.
Alternative travel routes available via Hunchy and Razorback roads. The detours have been signed for easy access.
This route will now carry increased traffic until the roadwork has been completed so take extra care on this country road.
People living along the closed section of roadway will still have access to their property during the completion of these roadworks.
