Last Saturday the boys from the Maleny Apex Club erected a shed at the Maleny Hospital. Apex agreed to help by pouring the slab and erecting the shed. A team of willing workers started at 7am and by 5pm that afternoon the shed was up and finished. The hospital kitchen kept the boys fed and watered and Dr Andrew McKeough oversaw proceedings from the comfort of the air-conditioning. Special thanks must go to Levi, shed builder extraordinaire, and Frank Beattie from the RSL who both donated a days labour to help see the shed completed.
