Landsborough State School were right behind this year's Daffodil Day
held on Friday August 19. Flowers were made by each student and taken
to Kawana Shopping Centre to help kick off the media launch for this
very worthy cause.

With the wonderful help from the school's grade one teachers Ms Pearson and Mrs Faulkner, the students, parents and teachers all got behind this special day - and by the start of school the colour of the day was definitely yellow. There were fresh daffodils, flower pins, pens and even the odd footy evident in all classes.
The school proudly sent off their donation to The Council Cancer of Australia for a credible $702.80.
Well done everyone, what a terrific effort.
